Hosted in the EU, on servers we run.
Your machines and everything in them live in Finland. Every AI request is answered in the EU: most by models we host ourselves, on hardware we rent and operate, the rest by EU providers held to the same terms. No US cloud sits between your data and the model.
Never used for training.
Nothing in your machines trains AI models, ours or anyone else's, on any plan. Every provider we use is bound to the same by contract, and a public register names each one and the agreement we hold with it.
You decide which providers touch your data.
Optional providers, such as web search or image generation, each have a switch in the team's settings. It covers every machine the team owns and everyone who works in them, including collaborators from outside the team. Turn a provider off and the feature it powers goes with it.
A DPA from day one.
Every Team account is covered by our Data Processing Agreement from the moment it exists. It names our subprocessors, commits us to 14 days' notice before a new one handles your data, and to 72 hours' notice of a security incident. Nothing to sign and nothing extra to pay.
One account,
shared machines.
Your team shares Rool Machines that one account pays for. Each machine is a private computer with its own files, memory, and AI, and everyone you add to it works from the same place.
Admins run the team. Members do the work.
Admins create the machines, look after the balance, the members, and the settings, and only admins see the balance. Members work in the machines they're added to.
An admin can join any of the team's machines, but membership is the only way in, and an admin who joins shows up in the member list. Nobody gets quiet access.

Every team machine is paid for, so each one can have a custom hostname and connect to the services you already use through built-in connectors and custom MCP servers.
Your personal account stays yours alongside the team, with its own machines.
